If you’re anything like me, you’ve struggled with your weight almost all your life. Shopped in the “Husky” section when you were a kid and the “Big & Tall” as an adult. You think you know how and what to eat to be healthy, but it never really works out.

When Glenn started talking about Simple2Lose I thought, “just another weight loss plan“. Then I listened to what he was actually saying and I figured “I can do that”. I jumped in with both feet – and the rest of my overweight body.

I told my coach when I began that I wanted to lose 100 pounds, thinking at the time that was going to take a long time. But in under 6 months I lost the 100 pounds.* My goal doesn’t seem like it’s that far away right now!
