If you’re anything like me, you’ve struggled with your weight almost all your life. Shopped in the “Husky” section when you were a kid and the “Big & Tall” as an adult. You think you know how and what to eat to be healthy, but it never really works out.

I told my coach when I began that I wanted to lose 100 pounds, thinking at the time that was going to take a long time. But I lost the 100 pounds quicker than I thought possible.* My goal doesn’t seem like it’s that far away right now!
