I was really at place this summer where I was completely frustrated with working out 3, 4, 5 days a week for 3 years and seeing very little change AND gaining weight. AGH – I thought it had to be my thyroid or something else. I have always been a healthy eater and athletic. I just never lost the last 10 pounds after I had my daughter and put on at least 5 more since working out. I THOUGHT exercise would be the answer – I was wrong. I had to change the way I was eating.

One day I was talking to a very good friend who told me that her sister had lost 20 pounds on this program. I knew Glenn was doing endorsements, but that was it. I didn’t know anything about the program. A few weeks went by and the owner of my gym told me that someone had come in and spoke to her about it also. Well, something just clicked and I knew I had to find out more about the program. That’s when we contacted Dr. A. It was so nice to sit and talk with him and learn about the program. It really is a life style change and NOT a diet! I began the program on Sept 12th weighing in at 140 and quickly lost 15 pounds – probably within about 6 weeks.Seeing 125 on the scale was amazing – I never thought I’d get there. In fact I was convinced I wouldn’t.

What is even more amazing is the way I feel. I have a lot more energy and I love the way I look. I wasn’t heavy by any means at 140, but I just wasn’t comfortable and didn’t like the way my clothes fit or how I looked in them! I just feel so much better physically and I have the confidence back that I lost. AND I have been able to keep the weight off. I gained 1 pound over the Thanksgiving holiday and that was with having Thanksgiving dinner and then traveling to Texas for a wedding and all the festivities that go along with that! I was very proud of myself and quickly took the pound off. I took my food with me and then made wise choices at the wedding – it was VERY easy!

The great thing about the program is how easy it is to follow. And the meals taste great. There is no chemical aftertaste like you have with a lot of meal replacements. I’m very on the go and I love that I can run out the door and grab a meal and feel satisfied for several hours and not have to worry about where I can stop to get something to eat.
