The Program

Our program is easy to do. It is a structured eating plan where you’ll eat every 2 1/2 to 3 hours – or 6 times a day – 5 nutritionally balanced meal-replacements and one “lean and green” regular meal. Because you eat every 3 hours we balance your blood sugars and you shouldn’t be hungry. Plus you’ll receive 100% of your nutritional needs.

For busy people who travel, our program perfect. The meal replacements are easy to transport and the program is structured. We call it “goof-proof” in that all someone needs to do is to remember to eat one of the meal replacements every 3 hours and to drink plenty of water.

Our program is affordable – less than $11/day – and most people generally consider it cost-neutral or a cost savings because you’ll be replacing the meals that you currently are eating either at home – or when dining out – with meal replacements. And again, there is no charge for the coaching. It’s free.
